Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as an Office Manager/Accountant. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing aspects of multiple entities within the company, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities and a strong background in accounting. This on-site position is located in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

Prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills.
Utilize successful accounting and executive assistance experience, including tasks such as bank reconciliations, payables management, preparation of financial statements, Visa bill reconciliation, and allocations.
Analyze and monitor investments to ensure effective management.
Establish and maintain complex filing systems to ensure efficient document organization.
Possess proficiency in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks for accurate and efficient data management.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Manage the complexities of an executive office, ensuring smooth operations and addressing administrative and accounting duties for multiple companies.
Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Leverage a strong organizational mindset to effectively manage documents and administrative tasks across entities.
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Salary Range:The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 and above, commensurate with experience level and qualifications.

Qualifications:

Previous experience (5+ years) as an Accountant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email, calendar management).
Knowledge of HR procedures and practices is an asset.
Familiarity with financial processes and strong accounting principles.
Proactive and resourceful problem solver, able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
CPA Designation an asset
