As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the property management team. Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills mean that you are able to respond to tenant inquiries, you exude integrity and your customer service skills are second to none. You also assist in processing a volume of supplier invoices for multiple entities and contributing to the efficient operation of the Accounts Payable Department. What you bring Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial real estate. Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills. Phenomenal communication and customer service skills. Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail. Bonus skills and experience Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Degree or diploma in finance or accounting What success looks like You take a positive, customer-centric approach with everyone you work with. You ensure that all invoices are paid accurately and in a timely manner.
