Corr Steel Fabricators, a leading player in the metal fabrication industry, is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Bookkeeper. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and vendors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk while also handling essential bookkeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Receptionist:

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
Manage and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.
Scheduling deliveries & coordinate shipping

Bookkeeper:

Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare financial reports and summaries.
Assist with payroll processing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Knowledge of metal fabrication or related industries is a plus.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist/bookkeeping role is preferred.
