Job Description

Dentsu Studios is looking to add an experienced and organized Digital Asset Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for handling everything related to digital assets, including acquisition, coordinating client requirements, managing the retouching process and archiving final files on various asset management platforms. As a Digital Asset Manager, you are detailed-oriented and perform well under deadlines. Our ideal candidate is well versed in the Automotive space.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with client and client partners to determine assets that are cleared for usage
Coordinating changes that may be required
Manage retouching process with internal studio team and freelance retouchers
Quality control of outputs, ensuring client’s established brand standards are met
Image re-sizing
Route images for reviews and approvals
Create and implement schedules to produce or update assets
Catalogue and archive assets within client asset management platform and on internal agency servers
Work directly with the producers, designers and account team and provide guidance on available and appropriate assets to be used on a per-project basis

Qualifications

2-3 years of previous work experience as a Digital Asset Manager or Project Manager in an agency or photography studio environment
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Hands-on experience with asset management and project management systems
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Automotive
