Greet potential buyers/sellers and direct them to broker or other real estate agents;

Provide information to clients or other interested agents who may join Homecare Realty;

Schedule and confirm appointments on behalf of the broker with clients;

Maintain work information and logs;

Filing and sorting and distributing mail;

Provide basic information regarding the office listings and direct them to the listing agents.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows
