Landmark Club Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to provide guidance and leadership in its Financial Department.

Duties:
• Plan, organize and lead the Financial Department;
• Develop and implement financial and internal audit policies, systems and procedures;
• Evaluate financial reporting systems and procedures, prepare advisory reports to the
executives;
• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, financial
analysis and management reports;
• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of internal audit reports and advise on
improvements and/or changes;
• Conduct financial risk assessments and prepare analysis reports;
• Make recommendations in relation to changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets
and other financial controls to the executives;
• Hire key personnel of the department.

Qualifications required:
• Fifteen or more years of experience as financial or audit manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Extensive experience in internal auditing and financial management.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with
minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
• Communication skills.
