Our Finance team is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager, ideally with previous experience within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction space. This position will report to the Director, Finance, and will require 5-10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the month-end closing and year-end closing process, coordinating submission of inputs with all stakeholders, as needed.
Performing M/Q/Y account reconciliations and provide variances analysis for key balance sheet accounts.
Support overhead expense accounting, reporting and analysis activities.
Assist with internal and external reporting and variance analyses.
Prepare weekly, biweekly and monthly performance reports.
Prepare documentation for external auditors.
Support business capture, pricing, and other requests for financial information
Assist with testing, implementation and training others during system integrations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
5 – 10+ years of experience in related field.
Prior experience leading an accounting team is strongly preferred.
Industry experience preferred (Engineering/Architecture/Construction).
Prior experience supporting overhead expense audits is preferred.
Proactive, multitasking and results-oriented.
Requires strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of GAAP and FAR/CAS.
Deltek Vision systems experience preferred.
Workday Adaptive Planning systems experience preferred.
