About the role - Portfolio Manager

Reporting to the Director of Client Experience
Manage a portfolio of 60-80 clients
Working directly with clients to ensure they have a seamless onboarding experience
Establish a trusted/strategic relationship with customers
Be able to answer accounting related questions
Acting as a trusted consultant by flexing your accounting knowledge + skills
Responsible for handling both reactive and proactive questions

About you:

2+ years of Accounting Experience (CPA designation an asset)
Passion for helping clients + being an accounting subject matter expert
High EQ and strong communication skills
You can motivate, encourage, and support clients while driving product features
You are articulate and organized
Able to conduct client discovery sessions where you ask the right questions and can discover how clients can better their business
