The successful individual will provide support to the accounting team, reporting directly to the SVP Finance and CFO, with much of their focus in handling the timeliness and accuracy of all financial information. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation of multi-currency consolidation including preparation of group elimination journals for consolidation purposes.
• Preparation of quarterly and annual public financial statements including preparation of all relevant note disclosures.
• Assistance with quarterly and annual management discussion and analysis.
• Ensuring all internal and reporting deadlines are met.
• Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with emerging accounting guidance under IFRS and the impact to the Company's accounting and financial reporting.
• Assistance with the ongoing development and maintenance of technical accounting policies.
• Coordination of annual audit including working with auditors to address and drive timely close of technical accounting matters.
• Management of accounting staff.
• Corporate tax experience an asset.
• Ensure all controls and checks are in place in accordance with company policy.
• Participation in other projects as required.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of five years' experience in full cycle accounting.
• CPA designation.
• Public company experience an advantage.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
• Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills, including working knowledge of IFRS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• NetSuite/ERP experience an asset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Innovative and proactive.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Must be able to work against time constraints; be flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

The Company is headquartered in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver. The Manager of Financial Reporting is
welcome to work from home five days a week after completing two weeks of in office
training. Alternatively, they may choose a hybrid or in office approach that suits their schedule.
