At our Tooth Corner Dental Clinics, we provide premium dental care at affordable prices offering a wide range of services such as orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, children’s dentistry, sedation, dental implants, oral surgery and much more.

We are looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator, a highly skilled administrative professional capable of providing a wide range of administrative support services for our multiple locations in and around the GTA. You will be based at 121-377 Burnhamthorpe Rd E, Mississauga ON, L5A 3Y1 but will be required to travel to our other locations as and when required.

Job Duties of this position include:

Compose, edit and prepare documents including letters, memos, forms and other paperwork.
Plan, organize, direct and control the administrative services of the clinics.
Direct & control the regulatory compliance procedures within the clinics.
Create and maintain an up-to-date electronic filing system.
Obtain and update all WSIB clearances, pay premiums and maintain reconciliation reports.
Maintain an accurate record of invoices, contracts and company credit card receipts and ensure timely submission of expense statements and reports to the accountant.
Create and maintain a database with up-to-date client, employee, vendor, financial and other information.
Assist with any company audits.
Assist with payroll processing.
Plan, develop and execute digital programs and campaigns including online advertising, web site design, social media, mobile and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain digital marketing budgets.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive patient information.

Intermediate to advanced level in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Type: Permanent, full-time position.

Wage: $ 27 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Overtime: applies after 44 hours per week at 1.5 times the wage.

Education & Experience: 2-3 years administrative experience; Completion of secondary schooling. A diploma or degree in Business Administration will be an asset.

Language Requirement: Fluency in spoken & written English.
