Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the industry or related industries.

Supervision: 1 to 2 people; Shippers and receivers

Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, team player, client focus, flexibility, accurate, initiative, organized, excellent oral communication, reliability.

Tasks: Supervise, plan, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials, parts and products; and other related activities; Supervise and delegate duties to back warehouse staff; Provide feedback daily to the warehouse manager; Oversee back warehouse shipping operations; Maintain records and prepare any necessary documentation required for shipping; Ensure compliance with policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations in force and participate in their improvement; Communicate and coordinate with warehouse manager, other departments and general manager; Resolve various problems and related complaints and implement corrective measures and process improvements; Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist in implementation; Ensure product stays in and leaves in high quality and professional form; Train workers in job duties; Requisition and order supplies and materials for back warehouse; Supervise back warehouse inventory counts; May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
