Description

Our client is looking for a tax professional to help continually modernize corporate tax compliance services. You will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance corporate tax compliance processes, leveraging modern technology, and driving value for clients and delivery teams.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and engaging very closely with various corporate tax professionals across the national service line. You will also drive the implementation of technology solutions, lead adoption, and work with national or global teams to enable delivery standardization.

Responsibilities

" Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency or creating new value, and help implement relevant solutions
" Work with local or global teams to drive adoption of standardized processes
" Track and outline metrics for efficiency and quality
" Collaborate with all stakeholders to identify and clear bottlenecks
" Delivery Standardization and Global Delivery Services Operations
" Build out and train global delivery team on Canadian corporate tax processes
" Liaise with global delivery team to manage quality, ensure delivery standardization, and drive effective utilization during busy and non-busy seasons

Qualifications

" CPA Designation
" 5+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance
" Strong ability to manage, communicate and influence stakeholders
" Strong organizational skills to deliver on projects
" Passion for tax technology transformation and modern tech (AI/Client, Data & Analytics)
" Experience in process improvement or technology delivery
" Experience in change management and adoption of new processes/technology
" Experience working with global teams
