Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Assist in basic food preparation and cooking under the chef's guidance.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils.
Handle, store, and organize food supplies and ingredients.
Aid in receiving and stocking inventory.
Sweep and mop floors, and perform other cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
Assist the cook and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

No formal education required.
Prior experience in a kitchen setting is beneficial, but not mandatory.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and stand for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Eagerness to learn and follow directions accurately.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
