Position: Property Administrator (NOC 13101)

Location: Inlet View Apartments

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 35 hours per week (7 hours/day)

Wage: $26.15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct day-to-day operations including tenant liaison, lease administration, and maintenance scheduling.
Develop, oversee, and manage contracts for property services ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, security, and safety are met consistently.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations related to property management.
Handle financial responsibilities including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity.
Work closely with maintenance personnel and contractors to maintain property aesthetics and functionality, ensuring timely completion of repairs and projects.
Provide prompt, respectful responses to tenant queries and issues, aiming for maximum satisfaction.
Maintain precise and comprehensive records and documentation of all property transactions and interactions.
Conducting research and analysis for potential office or retail buildings to add to our portfolio.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in property administration or similar roles.
In-depth knowledge of property management principles and practices.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and efficient time management.
Familiarity with financial and accounting principles relevant to property management.
Competence in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A strong ethos of service quality and tenant satisfaction.
