Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years of experience in the field or in a similar position

Tasks: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures; Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met; Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies and forms; Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to quality assurance and adherence to the quality systems; Monitor and evaluate; Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence; Carry out administrative activities of establishment; Perform data entry; Train staff; May supervise office support staff

Supervision: 3-4 people

Work Setting: Urban area

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload.
