Job Description:

We are opening two (2) vacancies for the Office Administrator (NOC 13100) position. This is a permanent full-time position at Classy Auto Detailers, located at #109-2834 Millar Ave, Saskatoon, SK, Canada, S7K SX7. The position offers an hourly wage of $32.40/ hour and revolves around a work period of 35-40 hours per week.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures
Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
Carry out administrative activities associated with admissions to post-secondary educational institutions
Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, and equipment. supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting, and project planning and management processes
Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
May supervise records management technicians and related staff.

Job Requirements:

Completion of High School/ Secondary is Required
Holds 1 year of relevant experience in the Administration field
Knowledge of basic word processing, clerical tasks, Microsoft 365, etc.

Compensation and Hours:

Wage: $33.60 per hour
Hours: 35-40 hours per week, Full-time
Overtime Pay: $50.40 per hour (after 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week)
Vacation Pay: 2 weeks/year or 4% as per provincial standards
